Job Opportunity: Trauma Support Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team and contribute to the development of child trauma support services in Singapore. As a Trauma Support Specialist, you will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide psychological and emotional support to women, children, and their families who have experienced traumatic events.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver specialized psycho-emotional assessments and interventions for individuals and families affected by trauma in inpatient and outpatient settings.
  • Conduct community-based project work, including training and talks on child trauma and support, to enhance the capacity and capability of the community to respond to crises and traumas.
  • Participate in clinical training, individual and group supervision to develop professional growth and expertise in trauma work.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology or relevant field
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written) and effective interpersonal skills
  • Possess relevant qualifications for registration as a full member with a recognized professional body
  • Relevant clinical and supervision experience, with a minimum of 4 years of experience preferred for Senior Psychologist position
