Child Trauma Specialist Position

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate specialist to provide psychological support to women, children, and families affected by trauma.

  • This role requires expertise in trauma work and the ability to make a meaningful impact on clients, their families, and the community.

The ideal candidate will have:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing psychological assessments and interventions for women, children, and families affected by trauma;
  • Developing and delivering training programs in child trauma and support;
  • Collaborating with the community to enhance preparedness and response to crisis situations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A Master's degree in Clinical Psychology or a related field;
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written) and excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Registration as a full member with a recognized professional body;
  • Relevant clinical experience in child and/or trauma work;
  • Experience in providing clinical supervision is desirable.
