Business Analyst Job Description

This is a 1-year renewable contract position based in Singapore. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of departmental initiatives and strategic plans.

  • Results-driven professional with excellent project management skills to produce results that have a measurable impact.
  • Providing functional knowledge to support decision-making and problem-solving across various departments.
  • Effective communicator and stakeholder engagement expert to manage divisional events, workshops, and engagements.
  • Results-oriented professional with experience in overseeing programs and services to ensure successful delivery.
  • Digital transformation expert with knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g. LEAN, Agile, Design Thinking) to identify opportunities to enhance and streamline processes.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in program management, digital transformation, or public sector innovation.
  • A track record of leading departmental initiatives and managing cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement and delivering projects with measurable organizational impact.
  • Professional certification in Product Management, Digital Transformation, or Innovation is advantageous.
