Primary Details Time Type: Full time Worker Type: Employee Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Job function: Finance and Sales Industry: Insurance Responsibilities Contribute to the preparation and implementation of Compliance team plans to ensure operational considerations and inclusivity are included. Maintain knowledge of relevant local regulatory requirements and apply this knowledge in all tasks, considering the impact on diverse groups within the organisation. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure service delivery meets business expectations and promotes a culture of inclusion and respect. Support in the management and analysis of Compliance risk-related information to produce relevant and timely reports for stakeholders from diverse backgrounds. Act as a point of reference to guide and advise others, sharing knowledge and best practices that value different perspectives and experiences. Support in reviewing changes to compliance legislation to ensure compliance with regulators and alignment with the organisation's commitment to diversity and inclusion. Support in the development and improvement of policies and procedures to support business compliance, ensuring they are accessible and equitable for all employees. Support the provision of compliance management information to Senior Management for Board and Committee reports, highlighting efforts to promote inclusiveness and diversity as part of compliance culture. Qualifications Experience navigating through the Local compliance and regulatory environment within an insurance company. Broad financial services experience with a strong understanding of insurance and corporate processes. Experience in a compliance or risk management role for a minimum of 3-5 years.
