Neuroglee is growing rapidly and requires a Security Compliance Specialist. The Security Compliance Specialist will be responsible for developing and producing security and compliance procedures/processes/reporting that are meaningful and actionable for Neuroglee’s technology and operation team, and He/she will also take care of submitting audit and compliance reports to governing bodies, legal entities, and/or external authorities, helping Neuroglee comply to the privacy guidelines (e.g. GDPR), and obtain relevant certificates (such as SOC-1, SOC-2, ISO 27001, ISO 27018 etc.).

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Developing and producing meaning and actionable security and compliance procedures, processes, reports
- Submit audit and compliance reports to governing bodies, legal entities, and/or external authorities, helping Neuroglee comply to the privacy guidelines (e.g. GDPR), and acquire relevant certificates (such as SOC-1, SOC-2, ISO 27001, ISO 27018 etc.)
- Involving in compliance projects across multiple teams, including technology, business development and operations.
- Conducting security/compliance risk analysis, and advise internal business stakeholders on risk and compliance requirements and work in cross-functional partnership to help ensure those requirements are met.
- Perform internal security compliance audit activities.
- Perform external vendor security assessments.

**Requirements**:

- Minimal 5 years' experience in an equivalent risk and technology compliance related role
- Good knowledge of industry compliance standards, especially SOC-2, ISO 27001 and ISO 27018
- Good knowledge of industry privacy standard, such as HIPAA, GDPR etc.
- Intermediate to Expert level knowledge in Cloud Computing, Networking and Security principles/tools.
- Solid knowledge and understanding of security controls across all security domains such as access management, encryption methods, vulnerability management, network security, etc.

**Preferred Skills**:

- ASQ Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) or Certified Software Quality Engineer (CSQE) is preferred
- Familiar with Software as a Service (SaaS) is preferred
- Cloud or network security certifications are preferred
