Responsibilities:
Partner Sector Divisions in the management of grants to ensure adequate governance and compliance with Grant Policy & Best Practices, from scheme design to closure.
Attend Sector Divisions’ enquiries relating to grant management processes.
Review processes, develop and implement improvements to strengthen grant governance and enhance operational efficiency (e.g. through Robotic Process Automation and/or other analytical tools).
Develop and support generation of periodic Operational and Management reports.
Build capabilities of internal stakeholders and external partners through various initiatives.
Assist in audit related matters to ensure compliance with audit requirements.
Manage ad hoc projects or roles assigned.
Job Requirements:
Degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, Business Analytics or Statistics.
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in audit and financial compliance or grant management/compliance related work.
Highly analytical and with good problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Resourceful, meticulous, open-minded and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Highly self-motivated and resilient, who can embrace the challenges in handling ambiguity and dynamic changes.
A team player who is able to work independently.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Knowledge of data visualisation/analytical tools such as RPA (UiPath), IDEA Caseware, R, Tableau and VBA will be an added advantage.
