# Working location in the East # Salary up to S$4000/month # Monday to Friday, Office Hours + Occasional Weekends A healthcare service provider is currently seeking a candidate to join them as a Volunteer Management Executive (Healthcare). Job Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end volunteer lifecycle, including recruitment, screening/interviews, matching, orientation, deployment, performance review and feedback, recognition, training, and exit processes. Identify potential sources for volunteer recruitment and address volunteer enquiries and feedback promptly. Support the planning and execution of volunteer-related programs and initiatives that engage seniors within the community. Build and maintain strong relationships with volunteers and community stakeholders. Maintain and update the volunteer database within the system. Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of community events for residents and stakeholders. Engage seniors and vulnerable groups, ensuring effective participation and smooth event operations. Job Requirements: Min. Diploma in Social Services/Healthcare related studies or equivalent Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Looking for a new job or career opportunity?
