The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD, and have a solid understanding of contract administration and tender procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend tender interviews and site meetings to gather information and assess project requirements
  • Analyze and compare prices for trade works, including labor, materials, and equipment costs
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and present recommendations to stakeholders
  • Verify claims for variation and payments, ensuring that they are accurately reflected in project accounts
  • Prepare and submit progress claims, variations, and final accounts

Requirements:
