We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented After-sales Customer Service Officer to join our vivo team. The ideal candidate will handle customer enquiries, support repair and service processes, and ensure a smooth and professional after-sales experience for all customers. Key Responsibilities Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins. Assist customers with product troubleshooting and basic technical guidance. Coordinate repair orders, service status updates, and follow up with service centers. Register service jobs and update records in the system accurately and timely. Work closely with technicians, warehouse, and retail teams to ensure efficient service flow. Manage warranty verification and advise customers on repair costs when required. Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive brand image. Support any other related tasks assigned by the supervisor/manager. Requirements Bilingual: Proficient in English and Chinese (Mandarin)to liaise with Chinese-speaking customers. Strong communication and customer service skills. Pleasant personality, patient, and able to handle customer concerns professionally. Ability to work on a 5.5-day work schedule .
