End-to-End Recruitment : Manage the full recruitment cycle including job analysis, sourcing, interviews, background checks, and offer management. Market & Talent Insights : Track sector trends and provide data-driven insights to support client decisions. Business Development : Contribute to client acquisition and proposal preparation to support business growth. Requirements Education : Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, Business, or related field (preferred). Experience : 2-3 years' experience in full-cycle (360/180) recruitment within a recruitment firm/agency; oil & gas exposure is an advantage. Skills : Strong recruitment management, client relationship management, and project leadership capabilities. Languages : Proficiency in English and Chinese to collaborate effectively with regional stakeholders.
