Join our team as a service-oriented Solution Consultant Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences? We are looking for service-oriented consultants who can help our customers get the most out of our software solutions. As a Solution Consultant, your main responsibility will be providing exceptional user support and guidance to ensure customers can effectively utilize our eye-share software. You'll play a key role in helping customers discover the best ways to integrate our solutions into their workflows, with a focus on enhancing their overall experience. Since our customers are finance professionals, a solid understanding of both IT and accounting is essential. We are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join us. Who are we looking for?We're seeking service-oriented individuals who are eager to learn our eye-share products and have a keen ability to understand customer needs. No days are alike, so we need someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is prepared for new challenges. If you're positive and possess excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, we want to hear from youQualifications and work experience Education or experience in accounting or procurement. Have hands-on experience in using accounting or procurement software. A strong interest in customer service and problem-solving. Needs to be a permanent resident of Singapore.
