Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Performance Marketer. The Senior Performance Marketer will be responsible for strategizing and executing performance marketing campaigns, analyzing and optimizing campaigns, managing budgets, and driving customer acquisition with a focus primarily on Australia, UK, and US. The role includes monitoring KPIs, reporting on campaign performance, collaborating with creative teams to develop marketing materials, and staying updated with the latest industry trends.

What You Will Do:

• Develop and execute full-funnel paid media strategies across
  Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
  ,
  Google
  , and
  TikTok (nice to have)
  with a focus on customer acquisition and ROI.
• Manage performance marketing budgets with a strong emphasis on efficiency, scalability, and performance optimization.
• Lead campaign planning and execution for priority markets:
  Australia (primary), followed by the UK and the USA
  .
• Analyze campaign performance across channels, generate actionable insights, and optimize based on key KPIs (ROAS, CPA, LTV, etc.).
• A/B test creatives, audiences, and placements to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate closely with
  Brand, CRM, D2C, and Creative teams
  to ensure aligned messaging, cohesive customer journeys, and campaign success.
• Stay up to date on emerging media trends, algorithm changes, and industry benchmarks to keep Alpha-H competitive in the digital space.
• Prepare monthly reports and performance summaries to share with leadership and key stakeholders.

Who Are We Looking For:

• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in D2C ecommerce or beauty/wellness industries.
• Strong hands-on experience managing campaigns across
  Meta Ads Manager
  ,
  Google Ads
  , and ideally
  TikTok Ads
  .
• Experience in Performance Marketing, Digital Advertising, and PPC management
• Proficiency in data analysis, web analytics tools, and conversion rate optimization
• Strong understanding of social media advertising and content marketing
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote setting
• Deep understanding of SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics
• Experience in the beauty or skincare industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
