  • Talent Development: Assist in creating and implementing plans to attract, retain, and develop high-caliber talent within the organization.
  • Performance Enhancement: Work closely with the HR team to design and implement performance management processes that foster growth and development among employees.
  • Recruitment Strategies: Support the recruitment and hiring of top candidates for open positions, ensuring a diverse and skilled workforce.
  • Employee Satisfaction: Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and overall well-being.

Essential Qualifications:

  • MBA or equivalent in Business/Human Resources
  • Detailed-oriented and organized
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accurate HR records and provide support with HR data management
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure seamless transitions for all employees
  • Collaborate with Shared Services team in timely appointment, re-appointment, and re-employment of staff
