Provides administration support to researchers throughout the entire grant cycle: grant application, grant awarding, budget and expenses tracking, reporting of project status and project closure. Acts as the point of contact between researchers and various administration departments to support the management of research projects. Manages grant calls and serves as liaison to funding agencies. Research Agreement Supports researchers to draft, review, negotiate and execute research agreements, working closely with researchers, collaborators and internal and external legal offices. Departmental Ethics Review Committee (DERC) Secretariat Provides ethics review by reviewing applications, communicating feedback, and reviewing amendments to processing review outcomes. Organises DERC meetings and keeps records of DERC reviews and outcomes. Research Office Organises research seminars and meetings. Reports research metrics for the School and researchers. Qualifications Applicants are expected to have at least a Bachelor degree from a recognised institution. Preferably with at least 2 years of experience in an administrative position within academic, research or healthcare sector. Candidates with experience in research administration, grant management, agreement review, research ethics, research compliance or database management will be at an advantage. A team player with effective problem‐solving skills and excellent communication skills to perform well in a fast‐paced environment.
