What you’ll be doing We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Client Solutions Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for our clients, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our products and services. You will build strong relationships, understand client needs, and provide tailored solutions that drive satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met with timely and effective solutions. Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and support. Understand client goals, challenges, and feedback to recommend suitable solutions and opportunities. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support client onboarding, engagement, and retention initiatives. Monitor client accounts and ensure a smooth customer journey from start to finish. Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain a high level of satisfaction. Provide regular updates and reports on client interactions, feedback, and potential opportunities for growth. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset. Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively. Previous experience in client servicing, customer success, or relationship management is an advantage. Passionate about health, wellness, and helping people achieve better lifestyles.
