Visionary Hospital Redevelopment Specialist

Lead Healthcare Projects
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to spearhead our hospital redevelopment project. The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership and stakeholder engagement skills, with a strong background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute M&E engagements with consultants and stakeholders to ensure productive sessions and informed decision-making.
- Document and disseminate stakeholder discussions to relevant parties.
- Collaborate closely with consultants to capture all stakeholders' requirements.
- Monitor design and construction timelines to ensure overall project schedule is met.
- Present M&E design proposals for management approval.
- Review contract packaging and specifications, including clauses on testing & commissioning, and maintenance after defects liability period.
- Participate in site coordination, including technical coordination due to user requests, mock-up reviews, and T&C activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 5 - 8 years of relevant work experience, preferably with project management experience.
- Prior experience in healthcare projects highly preferred; knowledge of IT systems, IT integrations, and smart technologies is a plus.
- Proficient in planning, developing, and managing infrastructure projects.
- Capable of conducting effective and productive stakeholder engagement sessions.
