
Urban Redevelopment Enforcement Specialist

You will be responsible for investigating and following up on planning infringements, conducting inspections, and interviewing individuals acquainted with the case. In some instances, you may work as part of a team, collaborating with prosecutors and enforcement counterparts from other agencies on joint operations. Additionally, you will evaluate appeals against enforcement actions and provide recommendations to the relevant authority.
Key Responsibilities:- Investigate and follow up on planning infringements to ensure timely compliance with development control requirements
- Conduct inspections and interview individuals acquainted with the case
- Work collaboratively as part of a team on joint operations with prosecutors and enforcement counterparts from other agencies
- Evaluate appeals against enforcement actions and provide recommendations to the relevant authority
To succeed in this role, you should have experience in enforcement or investigation work, demonstrate a keen interest in safeguarding and enhancing the quality of Singapore's built environment, possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, and be able to write and present effectively. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
