Google Ads Specialist

As a Google Ads Specialist at Highbizz Solution, you will play a crucial role in independently strategizing, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across various networks such as Search, Display, YouTube, and Shopping. Your primary focus will be on driving performance and leveraging data to achieve high ROI through Google Ads.Your responsibilities will include planning, setting up, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns, conducting in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis, as well as collaborating with design and content teams to create compelling ad copies and creatives. You will be expected to monitor daily performance metrics, adjust bids and budgets, and target audiences effectively to meet campaign goals. Additionally, analyzing campaign results, conducting A/B tests, and providing actionable insights to clients and internal teams will be key aspects of your role.To be successful in this position, you should have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads accounts. Certification in Google Ads (Search & Display at minimum) would be a plus. A strong understanding of key metrics such as CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and Quality Score, along with experience in tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and UTM parameters, is essential.
