Compliance Expert
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Compliance Expert to conduct thorough reviews of corporate customers, financial institution customers, and wealth customers to ensure compliance with policies and procedures. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with relationship managers, Compliance Teams, and other stakeholders to complete reviews in a timely manner.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive reviews of KYC periodic requirements for corporate customers, financial institution customers, and wealth customers.
  • Collaborate with relevant parties to ensure completion of reviews within agreed timelines.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders for additional information as required.
  • Maintain compliance with policies and procedures throughout daily activities.
  • Prepare management reports as applicable.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Group Head or Team Lead.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in conducting KYC periodic reviews for corporate customers.
  • Able to synthesize diverse information to build a comprehensive understanding and identify inconsistencies.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements, including MAS regulations on AML and sanctions.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
