Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled KYC Review Specialist to join our team. As a KYC Review Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers meet the required anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) standards.

Your primary responsibility will be to perform thorough reviews of customer information, identifying any potential risks or discrepancies. You will work closely with our internal teams to ensure that all necessary documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

In this role, you will also be responsible for monitoring and tracking customer records, assisting with the development and execution of action plans for expiring records, and ensuring that records are not past due.

You will need to highlight any suspicious product usage from an AML perspective to senior management for further review and promptly notify them.

This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. If you have experience in consumer banking and knowledge of AML/KYC policies, we encourage you to apply.

  • Perform KYC reviews and ensure documentation complies with local regulations and company standards
  • Monitor and track customer records
  • Assist with the development and execution of action plans for expiring records
  • Determine if accounts are in scope
  • Client Identification, Verification, and Screening
  • Partner with internal units to ensure adequate due diligence process is carried out for customer accounts and documentation reviews

We offer a competitive salary range of SGD6K to SGD8K per month and a dynamic work environment.
