Job Title: KYC Review Specialist

 

The primary role of the KYC Review Specialist is to conduct thorough reviews of customer accounts to ensure compliance with local regulations and client standards.

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing scheduled and unscheduled reviews for various client types across different risk classes
  • Highlighting any suspicious product usage from an AML perspective
  • Assisting with KYC efforts in accordance with CBSU AML KYC Ops procedures

 

Other key duties involve determining if accounts are in scope, conducting client identification, verification, and screening, as well as validating information such as customer addresses, employment, and connectivity to PEP/SPF.

 

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of relevant experience, a background in AML, and multilingual skills (particularly Mandarin or Cantonese) to liaise with the Hong Kong office.
