Senior Compliance Specialist: KYC Onboarding and Review

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Compliance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the onboarding and review process is aligned with regulatory requirements and Bank's AML/KYC standards.
- Evaluate and verify KYC information submitted by Relationship Managers to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Conduct due diligence checks and information searches to identify potential risks and red flags.
- Prepare management reports to enhance control procedures and processes, and escalate alerts as necessary.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in KYC within Private Banking, and excellent stakeholder management skills, particularly with Front Office/Compliance teams.
