Job Title: KYC Compliance Specialist

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of KYC regulations and the ability to manage day-to-day client service and KYC events throughout a client's lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding Process: Collect KYC information, review documentation, and identify ultimate beneficial owners to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Customer Screening: Perform customer name checks against lists, address screening hits, and conduct outreach for relevant information to mitigate potential risks.
  • Enhanced Due Diligence: Conduct thorough background checks, interviews, and assess risks associated with customer profiles to maintain a secure and compliant environment.

Key Requirements:

  • A degree holder with 3-5 years of experience in KYC/AML, with excellent client-facing skills and proficiency in Singapore AML/CFT regulations.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to prioritize workload, and inspire team collaboration to drive business growth and success.
