Job Title: Compliance Specialist

About the Role:

  • We are seeking an experienced KYC Review Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our compliance function, you will be responsible for ensuring that all client documentation is accurate and compliant with local regulations.
  • You will conduct thorough reviews of customer information, identify potential risks, and implement effective solutions to mitigate these risks.
  • In addition, you will work closely with internal units to ensure that our due diligence process is robust and efficient.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct scheduled and unscheduled KYC reviews for clients across various risk classes.
  • Verify and validate customer information, including address, employment, and connectivity to PEP/SPF.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure high-quality standards are maintained for KYC reviews.
  • Evaluate and escalate any technical issues or procedural clarifications to managers for further review and guidance.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience in AML/KYC is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements is essential.
