Job Requirements
Minimum Qualification:
GCE ‘N’/’O’ Level or equivalent
Experience:

Language Skills:
Good command of English (spoken and written); knowledge of additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Malay, Tamil, or Tagalog) is an advantage
Customer Service Skills:
Must be friendly, patient, and have a pleasant demeanor

Basic computer knowledge to operate cruise check-in systems
Other Requirements: Must be able to stand for long periods, work in fast-paced environments, and commit to early morning shifts
