Job Overview We are looking for a passionate and innovative Lifestyle Assistant Manager to elevate our concierge services by introducing fresh, creative ideas that set us apart in the industry. You will play a key role in managing our concierge team, designing unique guest experiences, and ensuring seamless service delivery. If you're a visionary leader with a knack for thinking outside the box and a commitment to excellence, we want to hear from youKey Responsibilities Create innovative, tailored concierge lifestyle services (e.g., exclusive dining, personalized itineraries). Lead and train a team of reservations staff to deliver exceptional service. Build client relationships and anticipate needs with bespoke solutions. Oversee daily operations, including bookings and vendor coordination. Monitor industry trends to enhance offerings and ensure service quality. Collaborate with other departments for seamless client experiences. Requirements 3-5 years in concierge/hospitality, with 1-2 years in a supervisory role. Creative mindset with a track record of innovative guest experiences. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Tech-savvy; familiarity with CRM/booking platforms.
