**Job Functions & Summary**:
Assist in organizing social events/activities for members.

**Job Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Plan, organize and coordinate with relevant internal departments to ensure the success of activities and social events throughout the club year as approved and sanctioned by the Lifestyle & Bowling Committee
- Ensure the day-to-day operation run smoothly and is operated in an efficient manner in compliance with the Club’s Rules and Bye-Laws.
- Monitor the take-up rate at events and activities, and suggest improvements for maximum participation of guests
- Assist the Social Dance Captain with the organization of the monthly social dance events, theme nights and student practice nights
- Plan & execute lifestyle & bowling activities enhancing the Club's status as a premier golf and country club.
- To arrange educational classes to promote patronage as determined by the Lifestyle & Bowling Committee as well as monthly enrichment classes for the benefit of members’ participation and other ad-hoc activities
- Provide feedback on the progress of ongoing events and update the committee on any issues that require further discussions and approval where necessary
- Ensure that all facilities, equipment are maintained and serviced to the best possible condition according to the planned schedules. According to specifications prior to any tournaments or competitions.
- Supervise and guide all staff members in your department to achieve higher work productivity and work excellence
- Ensure the strictest compliance by team members with all established standard operating procedures, policies, guidelines, etc, in the management of the facilities and activities.
- Oversee all-league and competitions to ensure proper conduct and running of the events and according to the established game rules.
- Conduct coordinating and progress meetings with other relevant internal departments during the organization of the bowling & lifestyle events
- Provide admin support to the accounts department in debiting the members after each activity
- Plan, execute and manage an annual calendar of bowling & lifestyle events
- Prepare a budget for each event/activity and assume responsibility for the annual Profit & Loss
- Plan and execute ad-hoc events
- Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

**Requirements;**
- Minimum 2 years related working experience in Events Management.
- Diploma / Certificate in Events Management or its equivalent. Good working knowledge of MS Office.
- Good organizational and project management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills, both oral and written, and a positive attitude towards fostering teamwork among associates in a support role.
- Ability to lead, motivate a large team of staff, adapt, embraces strong cultural diversity, work in multi-ethnic teams.
