We’re seeking a future team member for the role of
Associate, Team Assistant
to join our Asset Servicing team. This role is located in
Singapore – Hybrid .
We are looking for a proactive and versatile individual to join our Asset Servicing team as an Associate, Team Assistant. This role is ideal for someone with a “can-do” attitude who is eager to support and drive business growth by engaging in a wide range of client-related activities and administrative tasks.
This position offers the opportunity to be at the heart of client and business support. You will play a key role in organizing client events, supporting the team with administrative tasks, and helping to ensure smooth internal operations.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
Manage schedules, arrange assignments, and coordinate meetings for the team.
Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of client events and activities.
Support client-related administrative tasks, including maintaining and updating client records, preparing reports, and handling communications.
Coordinate project-related communications to ensure alignment across global stakeholders.
Assist the BD Sales team in planning and tracking client engagement initiatives.
Work closely with internal teams to track priorities, escalate issues, and drive actions as necessary.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
A flexible, adaptable approach with a willingness to take on various responsibilities as they arise.
Demonstrated experience working in a global team, comfortable with ambiguity, and detail-oriented.
Proactive mindset with a focus on contributing to business growth and supporting client-focused initiatives.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in administrative, project coordination, or client support roles.
