Key Responsibilities Lead with Purpose: Drive patient‐centric initiatives across clinical and non‐clinical departments, ensuring that our strategic plans are effectively implemented. Collaborate and Innovate: Partner with clinical leads to enhance care provision and coordinate efforts that align with our corporate strategy. Manage with Excellence: Oversee the clinical operations teams supporting various clinical specialties, such that they are aligned with TTSH's strategic directions. Develop and Propose: Formulate business proposals for sustainable, value‐based care models while managing key performance indicators. Grow and Inspire: Be a mentor and guide to your team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. You are eager to embrace enriching opportunities that will further your career in healthcare administration. Requirements A degree in any discipline with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience. Experience in healthcare finance, hospital operations, or project management is a plus. Proficiency in English and a strong affinity for numbers. Meticulous, analytical, and possess excellent organizational and coordination skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a service‐oriented mindset.
