Main Responsibilities And Accountabilities
Loyalty programme marketing and systems
Planning and execution of new features or enhancements to the mall's loyalty programme and/or related digital platforms and systems, including project management, testing, training, deployment planning prior to project roll-out and post deployment trouble shooting.
Monitor and maintain all loyalty program functionalities (e.g., point accumulation, redemption, tier progression, communication triggers) for errors, performance bottlenecks, and unexpected behavior). Maintain documentation and provide regular knowledge
