Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy Development : Design and implement sales strategies for office software to achieve regional revenue and growth targets.
- Team Management : Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team. Set clear sales objectives, monitor team performance, and provide regular feedback and coaching.
- Market Analysis : Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform product positioning and sales strategies. Collaborate with marketing to localize campaigns for target markets.
- Client Relationship Management : Build long-term relationships with enterprise clients, understand their needs, negotiate contracts, and close high-value deals.
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Coordinate with product, marketing, and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions. Provide feedback to R&D on local market needs and feature requirements.
Qualifications
Experience : 6+ years in software sales, with at least 3 years in leadership. Proven success managing sales in office software or related sectors. Knowledge of Singapore and SEA markets is a plus.
Education : Diploma or higher in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields.
Skills : Strong understanding of software sales cycles, licensing, SaaS/PaaS solutions. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Ability to motivate teams and achieve targets. Analytical mindset for deriving insights from data.
Language : Proficiency in English and Mandarin (preferred).
Personality Traits : Results-driven, self-motivated, adaptable. Cross-cultural understanding and ability to work in diverse environments.
