Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from business development, client engagement, candidate sourcing, screening, to offer management and post-placement care. Identify and develop new business opportunities across sectors including Logistics, Healthcare, Manufacturing, and more. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and delivering effective talent solutions. Source, interview, and assess candidates to match client requirements using various sourcing strategies and tools. Show interest and commitment to learning new industry domains, especially Banking & Finance, with guidance and training provided. Meet and exceed recruitment KPIs including placements, revenue generation, and client development metrics. Stay updated on industry trends and talent market shifts to provide consultative insights to clients and candidates. Requirements Minimum 3 - 6 years of experience in a 360° recruitment role, including business development. Prior recruitment experience in Government sector, Logistics, Healthcare, Manufacturing, or related sectors. Demonstrated ability to work independently and thrive in a performance-driven environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset. Eagerness to learn and grow into new industry segments, particularly Banking & Financial Services. Strong understanding of data metrics and willingness to use insights to optimize performance. Willing to learn/use AI techniques on day to day basis to drive through day to day business operations. Proactive, resilient, and highly motivated to succeed. Familiarity with the Malaysian staff augmentation / recruitment market will be an added advantage.
