Job Opportunity: Refrigerant Reclamation Specialist
As a Refrigerant Reclamation Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and safety of refrigerants used in various industries.
About the Role:
This position involves conducting analytical testing on refrigerant samples to ensure compliance with industry standards. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining laboratory equipment, including Gas Chromatographs (GC), halide detectors, and titration equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform analytical testing and quality control on incoming, reclaimed, and processed refrigerant samples.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure accurate sampling and address any quality-related concerns.
- Maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring proper calibration and functionality.
- Monitor and manage laboratory inventory, including refrigerant standards, chemical reagents, and consumables.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work accurately under time pressure and maintain high productivity levels.
- Familiarity with laboratory equipment and instruments.
