Technical Operations Leader
The Technical Operations Leader plays a pivotal role in driving the success of our organization. This individual will lead the Technical Engineering Section, overseeing plant equipment and facility maintenance, managing work requests, supporting equipment modifications, and planning schedules and activities.
The key responsibilities of this position include:
  • Managing Preventive Maintenance (PM) for plant equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Leading workplace safety and health initiatives within the Technical Engineering Section to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Coordinating Exceptional Case Report (ECR) reduction and timely closures to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements, company standards, and policies.
  • Overseeing section budgets and manpower planning to optimize resources and achieve business objectives.
  • Developing and training staff to enhance their skills and performance, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Hold a degree in Automation, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the manufacturing industry, with a proven track record of managing teams.
  • Be familiar with ISO certification processes and regulations.
  • Possess strong organizational and planning skills to manage tasks, resources, and manpower effectively.
  • Demonstrate proven leadership and people management skills to inspire and motivate team members.
  • Exhibit strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities to drive results and achieve goals.
  • Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Be proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Have a solid understanding of chemical plant operations and safety (ESH) regulations.
  • Be a safety-conscious, quality-driven, self-disciplined, and role-model leader with high integrity.
  • Exhibit resourcefulness, firmness, and tact as a leader with high integrity.
