Overview:
As an Industrial Process Optimizer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the design and operation of our industrial processes align with customer requirements. Your primary responsibility will be to enhance process efficiency, reduce costs, improve sustainability, and maximize profitability.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and optimize moulding processes from inception through to mould design and certification.
2. Conduct process assessments, take measurements, and interpret data to identify areas for improvement.
3. Design, test, and upgrade systems and processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.
4. Manage cost and time constraints while maintaining high-quality standards.
5. Create comprehensive process documentation and operating instructions.
6. Review client technical documentation and requirements to ensure alignment with our processes.
Requirements:
1. Technical documentation skills.
2. Knowledge of aerodynamics.
3. Quality control and quality management expertise.
4. Strong critical thinking skills.
5. Proficiency in ISO standards.
6. Aerospace industry experience preferred.
7. Familiarity with software engineering and data design principles.
8. Ability to plan and implement process improvements.
9. Assembling and manufacturing expertise.
10. Team player with excellent communication skills.
