Optimization Specialist Role

We are seeking an Optimization Specialist to lead the process design, operation and implementation. This role involves improving industrial processes to maintain efficiency, reduce costs, improve sustainability and maximize profitability.

  • Develop and optimize production processes from inception through to process certification.
  • Assess processes, take measurements and interpret data.
  • Design, run, test and upgrade systems and processes.
  • Manage cost and time constraints.
  • Provide process documentation and operating instructions.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • Basic working knowledge of composite manufacturing process.
  • Technical Documentation skills.
  • Aerodynamics understanding.
  • Critical Thinking and Problem Solving skills.
  • Knowledge of Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering principles.
  • Software Engineering and Data Design skills.
  • Planning and Implementation expertise.
  • Team Player with Assembling and Manufacturing experience.
