Manufacturing Improvement Engineer

The primary objective of this role is to drive operational excellence by leveraging Lean and Six Sigma principles in the manufacturing site's processes.

This involves building a continuous improvement mindset and culture within the site, as well as applying industrial engineering methodologies to optimize facility and capacity planning.

You will be responsible for tracking and reporting value stream specific metrics to senior leadership regularly, and elevating issues as necessary.

Six Sigma methodologies training will also be conducted to expand knowledge and adoption among value stream employees.

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Scientific field, 2 years experience managing projects with increasing complexity are required.

  • A3 Thinking and Problem Solving

A basic understanding of statistical techniques, solid problem-solving skills, organizational and analytical thinking skills are essential for this position.
