Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the production team in charge of production, planning, and optimization.
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment by implementing 6S standards.
  • Manage consumables, delivery metrics, capacity planning, risk assessment, TPM, and OEE.
  • Support Lean/Kaizen initiatives and participate in cross-functional teams.
  • Conduct regular cell meetings and toolbox talks effectively.
  • Manage workforce motivation and discipline while promoting a positive working environment.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve production/quality issues.
  • Identify opportunities for production efficiency improvement and waste reduction.
  • Ensure accurate updates to the ERP system.

Requirements

  • Minimum degree in Engineering or relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing industry.
  • Able to work rotating shifts if required.
