Job Description

The Industrial Process Manager oversees daily production, ensuring smooth operation and efficient use of resources. They are responsible for leading and motivating the production team to meet schedules, drive productivity, and enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by implementing 6S standards and promoting a culture of excellence.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum degree in Engineering or a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 8 years of machining experience in a manufacturing industry.
  • Ability to work in rotating shifts if required.
