Roles & Responsibilities

Be part of an established, exciting and expanding Group of F&B company with multiple brands and concepts. Eatz Catering Services Pte Ltd is a Halal-Certified Full-Service Caterer since 2005.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build rapport and communicate professionally with clients via phone, WhatsApp, and email
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable menus and solutions
  • Plan, prepare, and send quotations and confirmation orders in a timely manner
  • Follow up on sales leads and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system
  • Coordinate with kitchen and logistics to ensure all confirmed orders are executed accurately and efficiently

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in F&B, customer service, or admin
  • Highly motivated, driven and hungry for sales. Energetic, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Preferably able to converse in Mandarin, as the role requires coordination with Chinese-speaking stakeholders, subcontractors, and workers from Mainland China
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a team-first mindset while being capable of working independently
  • Meticulous, detail-oriented, and consistently accurate in all work
  • A quick thinker who can solve problems effectively
  • Immediate availability is a plus
