Job Description
The successful candidate will be part of the Cargo Division, Cargo Sales & Marketing Department. They will focus on enhancing the competitiveness of our commercial activities, managing partnerships and relationships with other airlines, and supporting the marketing efforts of the sales teams.
Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth on Sales Distribution platforms and oversee the design and implementation of middleware platforms for seamless integration across enterprise systems.
Develop and expand commercial collaborations with interline partners to enhance network connectivity and cargo traffic through the Singapore Hub.
Establish and renew Interline Traffic Agreements (ITA), and cultivate strategic partnerships through Special Prorate Agreements (SPA) and Blocked Space Agreements to optimize cargo flow and revenue. Lead contract negotiations and liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment.
Compile and validate monthly interline cargo data across partner carriers to monitor shipment volumes, revenue contributions, and route utilization.
Spearhead the development of the department's budget, ensuring alignment with corporate financial guidelines.
Create strategic and tactical marketing materials to promote the airline's network, products, and services. Collaborate with regional teams to ensure cohesive execution of strategic initiatives.
Requirements
Possess a University Bachelor's Degree, with one to two years of experience in Marketing, Sales, or Operations. Entry-level candidates with relevant degrees will also be considered.
Strong marketing knowledge and understanding of the local cargo market, supply chain management, and logistics.
Excellent communication skills, conceptual thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Tech-savvy, collaborative team player, and highly motivated.
Ability to perform under stress with tight deadlines and good time management.
Project management and change management skills.
