**Key Responsibilities**:
***- Review of existing ground procedures and processes to ensure that they remain relevant
- Ensure compliance to regulatory and industry requirements
- Update the procedure manuals and operations manuals with the latest information and disseminate to the line stations
- Update Perishable Cargo Procedures Manual and Pharmaceutical & Perishable Cargo Quality Manual to meet industry and airline standards
- Responsible Person for IATA CEIV Fresh Quality Management System
- Monitor recurring and major irregularities of cargo mishandlings
- Investigate and recommend corrective measures
- Review with stations on recurring mishandlings and irregularities to recommend action plan to reduce incidents
- Provide recommendation on improvement of cargo packaging to stations
- Collate monthly data on freighter delay causes for review at monthly freighter DOC meetings

Support Verticals Business (Perishables)
- Develop, update and implement ground procedures and SOPs for the Verticals business.
- Attend and advise on operational matters related to the Verticals business
- Support the Commercial team with operational knowledge with respect to the carriage of cargo Verticals
- Investigate incidents and irregularities involving the Verticals cargo and follow up with the stations and handling agents on corrective action and compliance
- Assess the impact and requirements of new regulations on our cargo operations
- Support Perishables vertical as required including conducting line station and perishables audits

Scoot Oversight
- POC for all operational matters related to TR cargo operations
- Monitor, investigate and assist stations on mishandling and performance issues related to TR
- Coordinate with operations areas for new stations
- Oversee the implementation of cargo procedures at TR stations including DG carriage; new GHA and coordinate training needs
- Co-ordinate closely with Procurement Department on cargo and ground handling matters
- Administrative duties and projects may be assigned

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a recognized university - 5 years of experience in airport operations including overseas posting or airline cargo handling and warehousing operations experience
- Analytical skills

- Good stakeholder management skills
- Problem solving skills
