
Sales Support Administrator

Job Opportunity:
- A highly organized and detail-oriented individual is required to coordinate sales support and administrative tasks.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and processing purchase orders, delivery orders, invoices, and quotations.
- Coordination with the warehouse team will ensure smooth operations and maintain accurate records of customer details, pricing, and product information.
- Responsibilities include responding to internal and external queries related to orders and documentation, as well as assisting in generating monthly sales reports and tracking order status.
- The ideal candidate should have experience in administrative coordination, preferably in sales or logistics, and be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
