Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Test Engineer to develop production test solutions for RF/analog/mixed-signal SoCs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in semiconductor test flows, ATE development experience, and proficiency in writing embedded test firmware.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deploy production test solutions for RF/analog/mixed-signal SoCs on in-house and commercial ATE platforms.
  • Collaborate with design teams to prepare comprehensive test plans for new IP blocks, ensuring alignment with functional requirements and reliability expectations.
  • Design test hardware (load boards, probe cards) tailored for manufacturing environments, ensuring reliable performance and compatibility with high-volume production requirements.
  • Drive test program development, optimization, and release to production for NPI products.
  • Lead first silicon bring-up and characterization of new silicon with Design and Product Engineering.
  • Improve test time, yield, and coverage through data-driven root cause analysis.
  • Support volume ramp and test correlation across sites and packages.

Requirements

  • BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or related field with 5+ years of ATE development experience.
  • Strong knowledge of semiconductor test flows (wafer sort, final test, SLT).
  • Proficiency in writing embedded test firmware (e.g., in C/C++) for microcontroller products to support production testing and characterization.
  • Experience with ATE platforms with familiarity in systems such as Teradyne UltraFlex, J750, or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with RF, analog, and/or mixed-signal measurements.
  • Experience in designing test hardware circuits and PCB layout using tools such as Altium or equivalent software.
  • Proficient in programming languages such as C++ and Python.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in wireless SoCs (e.g., BLE, Zigbee, Wi-Fi, Matter).
  • Understanding of Design-for-Test (DFT), boundary scan, and BIST.
  • Familiarity with test data analysis tools and scripting languages (SQL, Python, R, etc.).
  • Experience using SiliconDash for manufacturing data analysis.
  • Experience with test automation frameworks and version control (e.g., Git).
