Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Test Development Specialist to fill a key role in our organization. The ideal candidate will possess experience in server and rack manufacturing environments, with a strong background in test programming and Linux/SAP knowledge.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of technical experts to carry out all test-related activities for server & rack products in production. Key responsibilities include:
  • Liaising with customers and HQ/factory on test program implementation and maintenance.
  • Testing and analyzing all failures in production products and working back with customers and HQ/factory for improvement.
  • Participating in process improvement activities.
  • Updating the test program master list and tracking.
  • Preparing and updating Working Instructions.
  • Providing training on W/I to production personnel.
  • Supporting the NPI process.
  • Supporting production on mass runs.
  • Participating in ISO activities (implementation and maintenance).


The ideal candidate will possess analytical skills, problem-solving skills, interpersonal skills, root cause analysis skills, process engineering skills, and engineering design skills. Additionally, they should be able to multitask, troubleshoot, and perform FMEA, HAZOP, quality improvement, and commissioning tasks.
