Job Title: Test and Product Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Test and Product Development Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of test programs and hardware to support product sort and final test operations.

You will work closely with customers to analyze and improve product yield and performance, and optimize the testing process. This is an excellent opportunity to apply your technical expertise and problem-solving skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Design and develop test programs and hardware to support product sort and final test operations.
  • Analyze customer requirements and develop solutions to meet their needs.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize the testing process and improve product yield and performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in similar capacity preferred, fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Tech Requirements

  • Familiar with SPC and FMEA.
  • Proficient in coding using Python and other related languages.
