**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Test Development Specialist to join our engineering team.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics or electrical engineering, with a focus on test development and quality assurance.
  • Prior experience working with Automated Test Equipment (ATE) systems, such as Teradyne Ultra Flex or Advantest 93K, is an added advantage.
  • The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a lab environment.
  • Good knowledge of analog and digital electronics, and familiarity with characterization techniques, is desired.

**Responsibilities**

The Digital Test Development Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing test programs for digital products. This includes working closely with design engineers to debug first silicon, characterize devices, and bring up test programs for production release.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and debugging digital vectors (JTAG/SCAN/ATPG / Functional / Mbist)
  • Performing device characterization across PVT (Process, Voltage and Temperature)
  • Characterizing Mixed Signal IP (ADC, DAC, PLL, etc.)
  • Collaborating with Product Engineering, Design Engineering, Quality Engineering, and Foundry Engineering teams

**Requirements**

To be considered for this role, candidates must have a diploma or degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering, with a minimum of one year relevant experience in Test Engineering.

Candidates should also have hands-on experience with Teradyne Ultra Flex or Advantest 93K ATEs, good knowledge of analog and digital electronics, and strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
