**Job Title:** Senior Testing Specialist


About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Testing Specialist to join our rapidly expanding team in Singapore.

In this key role, you will perform a variety of routine and non-routine testing assignments within civil testing operations and ensure timely and accurate test results under minimal direct supervision.

This position is based in Sungei Kadut Loop, Singapore.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be accountable for accurate and timely release of testing data to customers and oversee standard and/or routine technical problem-solving activities.
  • Interact with customers on technical issues and questions and provide input and support on business development opportunities with new or existing customers.
  • Provide formal and informal presentations on conventional and/or routine testing to a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Assist in the professional development of novice technicians and engineers within the local laboratory and utilize an assortment of skills, methods, procedures, and materials in advanced testing analysis.
  • Be adept at drawing on internal knowledge as well as industry and/or academic resources in reaching testing conclusions.
Requirements
  • Possess a Bachelor's of Science degree in a science or testing-related field with a minimum of 2 years' pertinent post-degree engineering experience, or advanced academic/professional qualifications.
  • In-depth understanding of testing concepts and able to apply academic knowledge within the context of the business.
  • A team player with advanced computer and communication skills.
