Logistic Coordinator/Executive (Shipment/Freight Forwarding/Import/Export) – Singapore
Location: West (Tuas - transport provided from Tuas Link MRT); Office to shift to Tuas West next year. Working hours: 5 days, Monday to Friday (8:30am – 5:30pm). Salary: Up to $4000 + AWS + Variable Bonus + OT + Medical. Duration: Permanent. Industry: Marine Manufacturer.
Responsibilities- Coordinate with storekeepers to meet customer shipment deadlines.
- Ensure item accuracy and availability; input serial numbers in Navision.
- Generate delivery orders (DO), including necessary shipping details.
- Schedule and route deliveries efficiently; arrange drivers and forwarders.
- Prepare export shipping documents (CIPL); coordinate fumigation if required.
- Verify transporter invoices and prevent overbilling.
- Liaise with freight forwarders for cost-effective service.
- Support sales with product samples, inventory checks, and urgent shipments.
- Proven experience in logistics, material planning, or coordination roles.
- Minimum "O" levels or Diploma in Logistics or Business Administration.
- Familiar with Portnet and CrimsonLogic.
