Applications Lead
Join our team as Applications Lead, leading the management and continuous improvement of critical IT systems (MES, LIMS, ERP) at our pharmaceutical manufacturing site. You will ensure system stability, compliance with GxP and 21 CFR Part 11, and deliver IT solutions that align with business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operations, upgrades, and validations of business-critical applications.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, CSV).
  • Maintain validation and system documentation (URS, FRS, IQ/OQ/PQ, SOPs).
  • Serve as liaison between IT and business units, translating requirements into solutions.
  • Lead application projects, change control, vendor management, and incident resolution.
  • Support audits and maintain service level agreements.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • At least 10 years managing IT applications in pharmaceutical or regulated environments.
  • Strong knowledge of MES, LIMS, ERP systems, and regulatory compliance.
  • Prior startup or greenfield experience is an added advantage
  • Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
